Lemon Squares

As a malnourished too-picky-to-feed but sweet-toothed kid, my family had only to resort to chocolate cake or lemon squares to get me to finish my veggies, or at some times, just to even start eating. In those years, the nearest Cookie Monster store was in the next town. Yes I was a spoiled brat.

But I eventually outgrew my selfish, evil ways but not the fondness for chocolate cake and lemon squares. Though I've met a few people who do not and cannot eat chocolate, I figured "Chocolate Cake" is too universal to make it the name of this site.

So, welcome to Lemon Squares! This is my site for some yummy experiments, mouth-watering travelogues and everything in between.
